Therefore, if you, our customer, are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, the merchandise can be returned within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping. If any item becomes defective within a 12 month period, Benson Marketing Group will replace the tool at no charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless Benson Marketing Group is at fault. Please contact customer service to receive a return goods authorization number before shipping items to the warehouse. All returns will be handled in a quick and professional manner. We will credit every customer’s return with a check.
